ACTION-S118A DAS 1600W Class D Amplified Subwoofer

The ACTION-S118A is an active subwoofer system designed to provide outstanding performance in terms of output power, bandwidth extension, and distortion. The ACTION-S118A incorporates the 18LX speaker equipped with a 4″ voice coil, offering excellent power handling capability, reduced distortion, and power compression. The ACTION-S118A incorporates a high-power amplifier design (3200 W peak) that provides ample headroom and precision. The amplifier uses the latest Class D design.
The subwoofer system includes two balanced inputs with 100Hz stereo filtered output connections for ACTION full-range enclosures. The high-pass filter can be bypassed to provide stereo loop-through connections. A variable low-pass filter ranging from 63Hz to 100Hz, a gain control, and a polarity reverse control increase user control over the system. Signal Present and Limiter LEDs indicate system status and assist in setting the optimal level via the level control potentiometer. The top panel features a pole-mount socket for use with 35mm metal brackets to mount full-range DAS systems above the ACTION-S118A subwoofer unit.
