PSP Saturator

A new addition to the PSP Audioware line, PSP Saturator brings its refined algorithms and takes saturation quality to a new level and can virtually warm up your production.

PSP Saturator emulates the way analog devices, such as tape recorders and tube circuits, warm up and "saturate" audio material. This is achieved by adding harmonics, dedicated filtering, and dynamics processing. PSP Saturator uses three algorithms to emulate these devices and offers eight different shaping modes for a wealth of flexibility, from subtle mix mojo to total audio destruction.

• 8 different saturation shapes for a variety of tonal flavors.
• Three signal sculpting engines (low, high, general saturation).
• Adjustable low and high band processing engines for appropriate band-related heating effects.
• Parallel mixing option, with internal intelligent phase alignment.
• Multiple measurement modes for signal analysis.
• Additional control panel for fine-tuning various saturation and smoothing parameters.
• Three output modes (off, sat, lim) to shape the final output stage.
• Input and output gain controls, with optional relative linking.
• Optional "FAT" quad sampling for pristine saturation quality.
• Very low internal latency of 6 samples.
• 200 presets designed by top engineers and producers.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

• To run PSP Saturator in 30-day trial mode or activate it, you do not need any hardware dongle, but you do need an iLok User ID which you can create for free at www.ilok.com, and you need to install the free iLok License Manager application.
• You can activate your license in three separate locations, each of which can be a computer or an iLok dongle (second generation or higher). You can transfer these licenses at any time using PACE's iLok License Manager software.
