PSP PreQursor 2

PSP preQursor2 offers PSP’s uniquely designed filters with low resonance peaks to reduce ringing artifacts, improved band separation, and narrow notches when attenuating signals. All four filters are bell-type filters when driven, and have progressive Q factors. PSP preQursor2 features PSP’s advanced analog modeling of preamp and filter circuits to accurately recreate analog-like behaviors. The analog modeling algorithm can be enabled and controlled per instance or globally per instance group. The latter allows easy control of the amount of analog processing on selected tracks or all tracks in the mix.

All of these features result in a processor that not only sounds great on acoustic tracks, general mixes, or any other application, but also allows you to virtually create the input console for every track in your mix with easy and convenient controls. In either case, the PSP preQursor2 will maintain the natural feel and definition of your material.
