PSP 608 Multi-Delay

PSP 608 MD is perhaps the most feature-rich delay plug-in available on the market. We designed this add-on to offer you a creative tool that's not only functional but also deeply inspiring.

Each tap features selectable feedback, stereo imaging and position, delay time, multimode filter, modulation, drive/tape saturation, and reverb. Additionally, feedback and drive can be placed at the beginning or end of the signal chain for even more sound design options.

You can activate the license in three separate locations, each of which can be a computer or an iLok dongle (2nd generation or higher). You can move these licenses at any time using PACE's iLok License Manager software.

CHARACTERISTICS:

• Up to 8 seconds of delay time per channel.
• Continuous control over delay time in milliseconds and/or quantization of selected notes.
• Three operating modes: MULTIDELAY, where each tap has its own feedback buffer; MULTITAP, where Master Feedback operates on a single tap (user-selectable); and MULTIFB, where closing a tap leaves its feedback buffer active.
• Each tap includes independent adjustment of gain, stereo field width and balance, delay time, filtering, modulation, saturation simulation, and reverb.
• Each tap can choose from multiple biquad filter types, including low-pass, band-pass, high-pass, peaking, and four shelf filters.
• The modulation section (LFO and envelope follower) offers adjustable modulation depth of ±3 octaves and can also be used to control the filter cutoff.
• Tape saturation simulation with adjustable gain, based on the algorithm used in our mastering processors.
• The feedback filter module includes LP/BP/HP filter (either state variable or Biquad filter) with adjustable cutoff and resonance.
• Vintage reverb module for faithful simulation of spring and plate reverbs
• Support for sampling rates up to 384 kHz.
• Host automation of all processing parameters.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

• To run PSP 285 in 30-day trial mode or activate it, you do not need any hardware dongle, but you do need an iLok User ID which you can create for free at www.ilok.com, and you need to install the free iLok License Manager application.
