The Clarett+ OctoPre is the eight-channel ADAT preamp for both aspiring and established engineers. Eight high-headroom, low-noise, low-distortion Clarett+ preamps, featuring fully analog Air with relay-controlled circuitry, capture drums, vocals, and acoustic instruments with superb clarity. Two JFET instrument inputs capture the true characteristics of guitars, just as if plugged into an amplifier. High-quality AD/DA converters bring audio clarity to studio tracking sessions with high dynamic range, ultra-low noise, and ultra-low distortion. Exceptional DA conversion ensures audio quality is preserved when sending audio to compressors, EQs, and analog effects. Add the Clarett+ OctoPre to a 2Pre, 4Pre, or 8Pre to easily and consistently expand your I/O via ADAT, so you can record a whole band together while maintaining analog purity and clarity, plus bring that classic Focusrite Studio Console sound to your recordings.
