The T8V is an affordable, professional 2-way monitor for professional studio work, featuring an 8˝ woofer, and represents ADAM audio’s latest addition to its best-selling T-Series. Designed around the same technology, features, and build quality as its smaller siblings, the T8V delivers top-of-the-line performance and sound quality. The U-ART tweeter, with its 4:1 velocity transfer ratio compared to the 1:1 of a Norna tweeter, combined with the new High Dynamic Range Class-D amplifiers, are capable of delivering a maximum peak SPL of 118 dB per pair, while its tweeter, which extends its reproduction range up to 25 kHz, works in perfect conjunction with its HPS Waveguide (signal diffuser), allowing for optimal radiation and dispersion of high frequencies. It also offers the advantage of being able to work with a wider and more controlled usable listening sweet spot during monitoring work. With bass extension down to 33Hz, the T8V is especially suited for users who produce heavy, powerful bass-heavy musical styles.
