Fullerton Deluxe ASAT Special FDASP-PPB-MP G&L Electric Guitar

The G&L ASAT® Special might be the quintessential G&L guitar, considered by many to be Leo’s definitive single-cutaway. The 2024 Fullerton Deluxe ASAT Special features some of G&L’s most traditional combinations. All finishes are combined with a perfectly accentuated pickguard, and that elegance continues to the neck with the G&L Natural Satin finish. All feature contoured Alder or Swamp Ash body backs.
The ASAT Special, as the model became known, features Magnetic Field Design Jumbo single-coil pickups, each with a narrow coil opening for a coil that is shallow but wide. In this sense, an MFD jumbo single-coil is similar to a P-90 or Jazzmaster® pickup, but the MFD principle provides a punchier low end and a brighter, harmonic-filled top end. The result is one of the most versatile guitars of all time, delivering a bold, blistering blues sound and smooth jazz tones.
