We took our custom drum-making knowledge and created a line of drums designed to raise the bar for premium quality once again. The Mini Design Series is a DW kit through and through. From a newly designed mini turret handle to the heads with sleek silver and white insignia, the look is fresh, yet decidedly DW. Also included are pro features like STM (Suspension Tom Mounts), True-Pitch Tuning, MAG throw-off on the snare, low-mass die-cast claw hooks, and more. Last but not least is the sound. These thicker shells, constructed from 100% North American maple, pack a punch. Plus, by incorporating HVLT (vertical timbre shell with a horizontal outer ply), the Design Series shells are full, resonant, and responsive.
